NARAYANA MAHARAJA
 - THAT IS DEVIATION

"Any opinion different from the opinion of the spiritual master is useless. One cannot infiltrate materially concocted
ideas into spiritual advancement. That is deviation."

TRANSLATION: Some of the disciples strictly accepted the orders of the acarya, and others deviated, independently concocting their own opinions under the spell of daivi-maya.

PURPORT: This verse describes the beginning of a schism. When disciples do not stick to the principle of accepting the order of their spiritual master, immediately there are two opinions. Any opinion different from the opinion of the spiritual master is useless. One cannot infiltrate materially concocted ideas into spiritual advancement. That is deviation. There is no scope for adjusting spiritual advancement to material ideas.

TRANSLATION: The order of the spiritual master is the active principle in spiritual life. Anyone who disobeys the order of the spiritual master immediately becomes useless.

PURPORT: Here is the opinion of Srila Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami. Persons who strictly follow the orders of the spiritual master are useful in executing the will of the Supreme, whereas persons who deviate from the strict order of the spiritual master are useless. [C.C. Adi Lila 12.9-10]

Note: So the opinion of Srila Prabhupada is that:

1. Lord Kalki is Coming Cutting Throats and Narayana Maharaja has an opinion different from the opinion of Srila Prabhupada. That is useless. Narayana Maharaja (Maha-demon) cannot infiltrate materially concocted ideas into spiritual advancement. That is deviation. (See article One)

2. One should not be eager to become a spiritual master cheaply for the sake of profit and fame and in this way impertinently surpass a greater personality and Narayana Maharaja has an opinion different from the opinion of Srila Prabhupada. That is useless. Narayana Maharaja (Maha-demon) cannot infiltrate materially concocted ideas into spiritual advancement. That is deviation. (See article Two)

3. If a previous acarya has already written about something, there is no need to repeat it for personal sense gratification or to outdo the previous acarya. Unless there is some definite improvement, one should not repeat and Narayana Maharaja has an opinion different from the opinion of Srila Prabhupada. That is useless. Narayana Maharaja (Maha-demon) cannot infiltrate materially concocted ideas into spiritual advancement. That is deviation. (See article Three)

ARTICLE ONE

After reading Mother Jadurani's article "No Kalki Avatar In This Kali Yuga"

I would like to make a few comments.

In her article she says she says "Srila Narayana Maharaja mentioned a few times that in this age of Kali, Kalki avatar doesn't come. Maharaja would quote Srila Bhaktivinode Thakur, who had said that "because Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu came in this particular Kali Yuga, this Kali Yuga is called Dhanya Kali, blessed Kali." Although in other Kali Yugas Kalki does come, in this one He doesn't. On one hand I had no doubts in Srila Maharaj, but on the other hand I still could not reconcile the apparent difference in Srila Prabhupada's statement. For years I had been hearing the cassette tape of Srila Prabhupada singing "Sri Dasavatar- Stotram" by Sri Jayadeva Goswami, " Kesava! dhrta-Kalki-sarira jaya jadadisa hare." Then, in his purport to the song, Srila Prabhupada had explained that at the end of Kali Yuga there will be no preaching because people will be too degraded and sinful to understand Krsna Conscious philosophy. So Kalki comes, not to preach, but to kill all the sinners and usher in the next Satya Yuga. In a humble way I told this to Srila Maharaj and he answered, "Not in this Kali Yuga. He won't come. But if he comes, no harm; he will be raising his arms and chanting 'Hari Bol! Hari Bol!' in Mahaprabhu's sankirtan movement."

In his book Laghu-bhagavatamrta, Srila Rupa Gosvami has enumerated the following twenty-five lila-avataras: Catuh-sana, Narada, Varaha, Matsya, Yajna, Nara-Narayana, Kapila, Dattatreya, Hayasirsa (Hayagriva), Hamsa, Prsnigarbha, Rsabha, Prthu, Nrsimha, Kurma, Dhanvantari, Mohini, Vamana, Parasurama, Raghavendra, Vyasa, Balarama, Krsna, Buddha and Kalki.

Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is not mentioned as a lila-avatara because He is an incarnation in disguise (channa-avatara). In this Age of Kali there are no lila-avataras, but there is an incarnation of the Lord manifested in the body of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. This has been explained in Srimad-Bhagavatam.

(C.C. Madya 6.99)

Mother Jadurani mentions the above quote from Srila Prabhupada to support Narayana Maharaja's claim that the Lord in His form of Kalki doesn't appear in this Kali yuga.

athasau yuga-sandhyayamdasyu-prayesu rajasujanita visnu-yasaso

namna kalkir jagat-patih

SYNONYMS

atha--thereafter; asau--the same Lord; yuga-sandhyayam--at the conjunction of the yugas; dasyu--plunderers; prayesu--almost all; rajasu--the governing personalities; janita--will take His birth; visnu--named Visnu; yasasah--surnamed Yasa; namna--in the name of; kalkih--the incarnation of the Lord; jagat-patih--the Lord of the creation.

TRANSLATION

Thereafter, at the conjunction of two yugas, the Lord of the creation will take His birth as the Kalki incarnation and become the son of Visnu Yasa. At this time the rulers of the earth will have degenerated into plunderers.

PURPORT

Here is another foretelling of the advent of Lord Kalki, the incarnation of Godhead. He is to appear at the conjunction of the two yugas, namely at the end of Kali-yuga and the beginning of Satya-yuga. The cycle of the four yugas, namely Satya, Treta, Dvapara and Kali, rotates like the calendar months. The present Kali-yuga lasts 432,000 years, out of which we have passed only 5,000 years after the Battle of Kuruksetra and the end of the regime of King Pariksit. So there are 427,000 years balance yet to be finished. Therefore at the end of this period, the incarnation of Kalki will take place, as foretold in the Srimad-Bhagavatam. The name of His father, Visnu Yasa, a learned brahmana, and the village Sambhala are also mentioned. As above mentioned, all these foretellings will prove to be factual in chronological order. That is the authority of Srimad-Bhagavatam.

(S.B. 1.3.25)

The Kalki avatara will appear at the conjunction of the yugas (yuga-sandhyayam) which cannot be said as Kali yuga or Satya yuga.

Then Hiranyakasipu prayed for that "I shall not die in daytime, at night." Yes. So Hiranyakasipu was killed in the sandhya, between the junction of day and night. Just in the evening. You cannot say it is day, neither it is night.

(S.B. Lec 2.3.1-3)

Brahma said "Yes." So he was killed just in the evening, just in the junction of day and night. You cannot say it is day or night.

(Lord Varaha's Appearance Day Lecture Dasavatara-stotra Purport

Los Angeles, February 18, 1970)

Lord Buddha who is also mentioned by Srila Rupa Goswami as a lila-avatara, along with Lord Kalki, also appeared.

So this Kali-yuga has already begun. So in the beginning sandhya, junction, Lord Buddha's description is given already. Lord Buddha will cheat the atheist class of men.

(S.B. Lec.1.3.25 Los Angeles,Sep.30th 1972)

Therefore there is no contradictions in Srila Prabhupada's statements. In this age of Kali there are no lila-avataras, but Lord Kalki is coming that's for sure, and he will perform mass throat cutting with raised sword.

So the more days go, we shall be more illusioned. So there will be no capacity to understand about God. At that time, God will come to destroy all this population by cutting their throat. That is kalki-avatara.

(B.G Lec. 2.25, Hyderabad Nov.29,1972)

Sometimes, because everyone has come here to lord it over the material nature, so there must be an ultimate situation when it becomes intolerable, and therefore Krsna has to annihilate, finish. That is kalki-avatara.

(S.B. Lec 6.3.12-15 Gorakhpur Feb 9th,1971)

The next avatara is Kalki avatara. We are awaiting, after four hundred thousands of years from this time, the Kalki avatara will come, and He'll take a sword on the horseback, just like a king, He'll simply go on killing all these non-believers, Godless creatures. There will be no more preaching. As in other incarnation there is preaching, in Kalki avatara the population of the whole world will be so much reduced to animalism that there will be no more power to understand what is God, or what is spiritualism. And it is already there, the Kali-yuga. It will increase. People will have no power to understand this philosophy, God consciousness. So at that time there is no other alternative than to kill them all, and usher in another Satya-yuga.

(Purport to Dasavatara-stotra)

So sastra means above these defects. Where there is no such defect, that is sastra. And you can understand how five thousand years ago Lord Buddha's appearance was predicted. Similarly, still there is prediction about kalki-avatara, which will take place about four lakhs and 27,000 years hereafter. Kalki-avatara's name, his father's name and where he will appear, everything is there. This is called sastra.

(B.G. Lec. 7.7 Bombay April1, 1971)

Therefore we should accept knowledge from such person who is beyond these four defects of conditional life. What is that? Illusion, mistake, cheating, and imperfectness. So Srimad-Bhagavatam is that proof. AS I TOLD YOU, that 2,500 years ago, or 5,000 years ago Vyasadeva wrote about Lord Buddha's appearance. Still, there is appearance of Kalki from this time, henceforward, after 400,000's of years Kalki will appear. And his name, his father's name, the place where he will appear, that is mentioned in the Bhagavata. That means tri-kala-jna. Maha-muni, he is liberated. He is incarnation of God. He knows past, present, future, and everything. That knowledge is perfect. One who knows past, present, and future perfectly, we should take knowledge from him. That is our Krsna consciousness movement, that we don't accept any knowledge from a person who is defective in so many ways. And what is the value of such knowledge? He is defective.

(S.B. Lec. 1.1.2 London August16, 1971)

The whole situation has been spoiled by these so-called rascal gurus who gives his own opinion. This is our plain declaration: Let any rascal guru come. We can convince him that he is not guru, because he is speaking differently....So guru is one. Guru cannot be two. As soon as you find two opinions of guru, either both of them are rascals, or one is still at least rascal.

(Lecture: What is a Guru? London, August 22, 1973)

The whole situation has been spoiled by these so-called rascal gurus like Narayana Maharaja who gives his own opinion.

 ARTICLE TWO

Dear prabhu's, please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I would like to share with you the following quote from Srila Prabhupada which will kick on the rascal faces of all pseudo spiritual masters like Narayana Maha-demon for 10,000 years. We should always use it to beat such offenders, that will be very pleasing to Srila Prabhupada.

TRANSLATION: Sri Uddhava said: You may take lessons from the great learned sage Maitreya, who is nearby and who is worshipable for reception of transcendental knowledge. He was directly instructed by the Personality of Godhead while He was about to quit this mortal world.

PURPORT: Although one may be well versed in the transcendental science, one should be careful about the offense of maryada-vyatikrama, or impertinently surpassing a greater personality. According to scriptural injunction one should be very careful of transgressing the law of maryada-vyatikrama because by so doing one loses his duration of life, his opulence, fame and piety and the blessings of all the world. To be well versed in the transcendental science necessitates awareness of the techniques of spiritual science. Uddhava, being well aware of all these technicalities of transcendental science, advised Vidura to approach Maitreya Rsi to receive transcendental knowledge. Vidura wanted to accept Uddhava as his spiritual master, but Uddhava did not accept the post because Vidura was as old as Uddhava's father and therefore Uddhava could not accept him as his disciple, especially when Maitreya was present nearby. The rule is that in the presence of a higher personality one should not be very eager to impart instructions, even if one is competent and well versed. So Uddhava decided to send an elderly person like Vidura to Maitreya, another elderly person, but he was well versed also because he was directly instructed by the Lord while He was about to quit this mortal world. Since both Uddhava and Maitreya were directly instructed by the Lord, both had the authority to become the spiritual master of Vidura or anyone else, but Maitreya, being elderly, had the first claim to becoming the spiritual master, especially for Vidura, who was much older than Uddhava. One should not be eager to become a spiritual master cheaply for the sake of profit and fame, but should become a spiritual master only for the service of the Lord. The Lord never tolerates the impertinence of maryada-vyatikrama. One should never pass over the honor due to an elderly spiritual master in the interests of one's own personal gain and fame. Impertinence on the part of the pseudo spiritual master is very risky to progressive spiritual realization.

(S.B. 3.4.26)

All the ruru's in the apa-sampradaya communities such as iskgone and gaudiya math like Narayana Maha-demon who at this time or in the future accepts monkey disciples whilst Srila Prabhupada is still present, initiating disciples,(10,000 years) are trying to take the honor which is due to Srila Prabhupada for their own personal gain and fame. Such rascals are making the offense of maryada-vyatikrama, or impertinently surpassing a greater personality. The Lord never tolerates the impertinence of maryada-vyatikrama and He will chastise all these envious demons in the following way.

By a false display of religious sentiments, they present a show of devotional service while indulging in all sorts of immoral activities. In this way they pass as spiritual masters and devotees of God. Such violators of religious principles have no respect for the authoritative acaryas, the holy teachers in the strict disciplic succession; and to mislead the people in general they themselves become so-called acaryas, but they do not even follow the principles of the acaryas. These rogues are the most dangerous elements in human society. Because there is no religious government, they escape punishment by the law of the state. They cannot, however, escape the law of the Supreme, who has clearly declared in the Bhagavad-gita that envious demons in the garb of religious propagandists shall be thrown into the darkest regions of hell (Bg. 16.19-20). Sri Isopanisad confirms that these pseudo religionists are heading toward the most obnoxious place in the universe after the completion of their spiritual master business, which they conduct simply for sense gratification.

(Sri Isopanisad Mantra 12)

OUTSIDE INSTRUCTION IS

DISOBEYING SRILA PRABHUPADA

Whatever is to be learned of the teachings of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura can be learned from our books. There is no need whatsoever for any outside instruction.

(S.P.Letter to Gurukrpa and Yasodanandana, 25/12/73)

Whatever is to be learned of the teachings of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakura can be learned from Srila Prabhupada's books.  Any "follower" of Srila Prabhupada who is recieving and giving instruction of the teachings of Srila Bhaktivinode Thakur outside of Srila Prabhupada's books (like Narayana Maha-demon) is disobeying Srila Prabhupada's order. Such offensive personalities cannot make any advancement in chanting Hare Krishna, everything is finished for them in the beginning. Such rascals cannot be siksa-guru or anything else.

First offense is guror avajna, defying the authority of guru. This is the first offense. So one who is offensive, how he can make advance in chanting? He cannot make. Then everything is finished in the beginning. Guror avajna. Everything is there. If one is disobeying the spiritual master, he cannot remain in the pure status of life. He cannot be siksa-guru or anything else.

(Bhagavad-gita, lecture 17.1-3 Honolulu, July 4, 1974)

ARTICLE THREE

"somebody has written something
and he is also writing the same thing no."

This Gaudiya Sampradaya did not take, unnecessary trouble again. The acarya sampradaya if my previous acarya has written something so, he will not touch those points but he will write something which can develop further, that is acarya. Not that, chewing the chewed somebody has written something and he is also writing the same thing no. If he at all writes he'll write something which will beautify or glorify or magnify the former idea that is the... So this vaisnava sampradaya did not write commentary on the Vedanta Sutra because they knew that already Vyasadeva our original guru he has already written Srimad Bhagavatam and Caitanya Mahaprabhu has recommended, And it is stated in the Srimad Bhagavatam ' bhasya ayam brahma sutranam this the real commentary on the Brahma Sutra, but those who are smarta brahmin they objected in Jaipur.....This is the acarya that unless I am authorized, unless I am empowered how I can write, this is vaisnava, not that because I have got some ABCD knowledge I can write something no !....Anyone he has got some ABCD knowledge he thinks I can write something, no. You cannot write anything unless you are authorised by the disciplic succession, you have no access in it.

[This quote is taken from the lecture tape 70-005 side B,
entitled Vedanta Sutra. It is not available on the Vedabase]

Note: Srila Prabhupada was authorized and fully empowered to write his books. He wrote to beautify or glorify or magnify the former idea. Over the next 10,000 years his writings will completely fulfil the desire of Caitanya Mahaprabhu and the previous acarya's that in every town and village of the world the holy name of the Lord will be broadcast and everyone should become a perfect Vaisnava.

When Caitanya Mahaprabhu said that all over the world His message will be broadcast, does it mean that it will be simply a cinema show? No. He wanted that everyone should become perfect Vaisnava.

(His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Gosvami Prabhupada's Appearance Day, Lecture Atlanta, March 2, 1975)

Note: On the other hand Narayana Maharaja with his ABCD knowledge thinks he can write something but actually he cannot. He is not authorized by the disciplic succession and has no access in it !

Srila Prabhupada has already written the Bhagavad-gita as it is and he wanted that this book and all his other books be published into all the languages of the world.

These books are the life of human society. Others may be disturbed, but they cannot disturb this Srimad-Bhagavatam. Let any man come, but here they cannot touch. We are putting these books for deliberation before the topmost thinkers of human society. Therefore, I have to see that in all languages all of our books are published. If we strain, and if he takes one book home, some day people will come to understand what valuable knowledge they have received. It is transcendental literature. Nobody can challenge it. It is done so nicely, without any spot, the spotless Purana. Please continue like this to print books in all the languages for the benefit of suffering, misdirected humanity.

(S.P.L. to Puranjana, 4th May, 1976)

Side note: So if Puranjana dasa would have followed this instruction, then maybe he would have purified the material desire to sit in Tamul's seat.

Please print as many books as possible, this is my real pleasure. By printing these books of our Krsna Conscious philosophy in so many different languages we can actually inject our movement into the masses of persons all over the world, especially there in the western countries and we can literally turn whole nations into Krsna Conscious nations.

(S.P.L. to Hrdayananda Maharaja, 21st December, 1974)

Note: Therefore Narayana Maharaja's repeating writing the Bhagavad-gita when it is already written by Srila Prabhupada and the clear fact that Srila Prabhupada wanted his Bhagavad-gita published into all the languages of the world proves without doubt that this rascal face Narayana Maharaja is simply writing for personal sense gratification or to try outdo Srila Prabhupada.

He is an offensive rascal demon and will have his face kicked with steal boots ! [Yamaraja's of course]

"one should not repeat."

TRANSLATION: This incident has been described in detail by Vrndavana dasa Thakura. Therefore I have described it only in brief.

PURPORT: This is a matter of etiquette. If a previous acarya has already written about something, there is no need to repeat it for personal sense gratification or to outdo the previous acarya. Unless there is some definite improvement, one should not repeat.

(C.C. Madhya 12.150)

Note: The definite improvement is PRINT SRILA PRABHUPADA'S ORIGINAL BHAGAVAD GITA AS IT IS !!!

They should be immediately cut off their head, rascals.
Yes. That is the only punishment for them.

Head Dead Ghost Naravana Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Tamalt Kansa Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Jayapotatohead Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Satsvarurupa Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Jaya Add Weight Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Rabidog Swarupa Maharaksasa

Head Dead Ghost Pademon Pudacarya Maharaksasa

Prabhupada: Factually, these rascals are creating magic jugglery. Even during the time of Krsna such rascals were there. Paundraka. So Krsna was present, He immediately cut off his head. (laughs) They should be immediately cut off their head, rascals. Yes. That is the only punishment for them.

(S.P. Room Conversation June 15, 1976, Detroit)

Actually these rascals are simply creating magic and jugglery. Even during the time of Krishna, Paundraka was there and Krishna immediately cut of his head. That is the only punishment for them, to immediately cut off the head of such rascals who pose themselves as God. They are simply cheating the people.

(S.P. Letter to: Riddha Detroit 15 June, 1976)

Harikesa: Chinmayananda, when he lectures, he only lectures on the verses that are important. He says all the other ones, they're not really important. He picks out the ones that count.
Prabhupada: So why don't you cut his head and say that "It is not important. You are talking nonsense. Cut your head."
Indian man: He don't give any commentary on verses, even important commentary, he speak all nonsense.
Prabhupada: No, therefore you say, "This head is not required. You are talking nonsense," and cut his head.

(S.P. Morning Walk  December 10, 1975, Vrndavana)

For those who find the above unpalatable please note:

Prabhupada: No, even they are aware, so many came and they are not coming. Because the nonsense was stopped, they are, that "Oh, Swamiji is..." They have not come. They want that whatever nonsense they have learned, I have to confirm: "Yes, it is right." Just like the Ramakrishna Mission says, "Whatever you do, it is all right," I have to say that. Then I am good. And as soon as I say, "You are wrong, nonsense, rascal. You do not know anything..." (laughter) Satyam bruyat priyam bruyat ma bruyat satyam apriyam. You tell truth, but it must be very palatable. If you say truth unpalatable, then you will create enemies. But how can I do so in the spiritual knowledge?

(Srimad-Bhagavatam Lecture 6.1.22 Indore, December 13, 1970)

Prabhupada: But in speaking spiritual understanding we cannot make any compromise. What to speak of in Mauritius, in Chicago I told. There was great agitation in papers.
Harikesa: In the TV, on television.
Indian man: Same thing?
Devotee (2): In France also.
Prabhupada: They were very upset. And when I was coming, I think, in Chicago, in the airplane, one of the host girl, she was seeing... (laughter) I asked her to supply one 7-up. And, "I have no key." She was so angry. But all the captains and others, they gathered around me. (laughter)

(S.P. Morning Walk December 10, 1975, Vrndavana)

Prabhupada: No, we are speaking about Krsna. So if I say that Krsna says like this and it is a fact, then what is our fault? But they are taking very serious, just like especially nowadays in Western country they are opposing that "This philosophy is a brainwash." So this is our position. Satyam bruyat priyam bruyat ma bruyat satyam apriyam.(?) The world situation is that you can speak truth if it is palatable. And if it is unpalatable, don't speak. But this thing cannot be maintained when you are preaching spiritual life. There we cannot cheat. Spiritual life must be declared very frankly.

(S.P. Room Conversation with C.I.D. Chief January 3, 1977, Bombay)

Note: So if we say that Srila Prabhupada say's those who are and making severe offenses to a pure devotee are envious demons and will have their heads cut off  (see below) WHAT IS OUR FAULT ???

Those who disagree then they should present their case with sastric quotes and we can debate otherwise they are simply talking nonsense and making the offense of minimising Srila Prabhupada's words.

TEXT 18 TRANSLATION: Intolerant of the offenses committed, the infuriated goddess Kali flashed her eyes and displayed her fierce, curved teeth. Her reddish eyes glowed, and she displayed her fearsome features. She assumed a frightening body, as if she were prepared to destroy the entire creation. Leaping violently from the altar, she immediately decapitated all the rogues and thieves .....................

TEXT 19 TRANSLATION When an envious person commits an offense before a great personality, he is always punished in the way mentioned above.[decapitation]
